I've been working on making a Qlikview application available via a tab in Salesforce.com. The white paper document titled 'How QlikTech uses QlikView - Salesforce.com' has gotten me most of the way there however at the bottom of the document (quoted below) it references another document that I can't find anywhere. Any idea where this may be found?
