Storing the server Bookmarks, Notes into DB

Hi Community, Our users loves the Bookmarks and Notes (Annotations) feature on the Access point.

Users requested us and these bookmarks & notes moving to across no of applications. So, Is it possible we can store all the bookmarks & notes into database table ?

Please share any insights on this....

bookmarks are stored inside .shared file in Mounted folder

so you could directly read them from shared file using sharepointviewer of power tool.

and then export them to Xml

and then load into Qlikview  and stored into Qvd

The information is stored in the .shared files iirc. Perhaps you can use one of the utilities from Power Tools 1.2 for QlikView to extract the data and transfer it to a dbms.
