Working Scale Adjustment

Good Morning Thankful if anyone can help me: I need to adjust the work schedule for a BI on each employee. All information comes from Databases, As in the picture: 

In the table above, the 'Work Scale' field is all mixed with / and - separating and all on the same line, but in the text object expression it is how I would need it to come when filtering by date. to find out later who I pass before and who passes after, Grateful for the attention.
