13 by 13 week Flags

Hello members,

I have Year-week data at fact file.

I want to create flags for 13 by 13 week,4 by 4 weeks for easier calculations.

what would be the easiest way to do this.

Also as data is at week-level will it be required to get converted in  monthlevel?
