2018 week number issue

Hi 

I have written a basic script for Week, =Week(today() - 17), which returns 53, however, 2018 has only week 52. 

Any suggestion.

There were 52 Sundays and 53 Mondays in 2018, Depending on the start day of the week you may get 52 or 53.

you may want to define/use default start day of the week
