2nd expression in mini chart

Can you have a second expression in a mini chart? For example I would like to show both Budget and actual expence on the same mini chart for all the departments. Is this a limitation of the mini chart?

I'm afraid that's not possible. Only for a single expression over a single dimension afaik.
