A single Access Point, for two servers

Hello,

I've got a problem, and I'd like to know if something is possible to solve it. I have several applications on two servers. Therefore, I have two Access Point; one for each server.

In order to facilitate the users, I'd like there is only one single Access Point for all applications (from Server 1 and Server 2). How can I do that? Is it possible?
