[ASK] accessoint show no authentication, ipad browser

hello qlikview world

i have a client with an SBE License

i able to access from PC browser with any browser

but i unable to access it from ipad browser

it shows only accesspoint page with no authentication pop-up box, so i can not see any document

what's wrong with it?

i need help because i've googled and found no clue
