Accespoint do not print

I have a button on the dashboard that should print the sheet. The button works fine in client but when i try to click the button in access Point nothing comes up. I am able to Print individual graphs by right clicking and chosing print option. Any ideas?

If you are using any other browser apart from Internet Explorer, you are using the Ajax Client.

If your toolbar looks like this, then you are using the Ajax Client.

As stated earlier...

You can use the browser print screen option, or create a Report In QlikView and then print the report.
