Access Point Issue With Custom Users

Hi All,

I am having an issue with Access Point.

Users are getting error as "Login Failed" while when i try with the same credentials on the Qlikview Hosted Server,login is happening.

Things to Note:

1.I am having only 5 Custom Users assigned with 5 Named Cals.

2.This had been working very fine until last day.
