Access Point Issue

Hi guys,

       I installed qlikview on server. I depolyed the application on server in which section access is there. When i accessing the application from access point using excel security credentials it not able to login on machine where i installed qlikview server.But in othere user machine using url i m able to login except admin username login.I am sharing the snapshot of error. Please any help me. It's too urgent.........
