Access Point Issue

Hi Guys,

           I installed Qlikview Server 11 on Windows server 2008 64 bit. I deployed application on qlikview  server . In the application section access is there. When i access the application from the access point. It works for normal users but not working for the Admin.Please help me .......its too urgent...............
