Access Point issue on MAC/Ipad

We  are using qlikview server 

11.20.12577.0

We were able to view the access point  on both wondows and mac machines perfectly fine.  Now all of a sudden Access point does bnot work with the server name like before for example:

http://myserver/index.htm worked fine for both wondows and Mac machines.  but now it works only on windows machines  and on Mac we have to enter

http://172.18.65.68/index.htm to acess the dashboards.

Any idea whats wrong with the  DNS

Ask your local friendly network administrator. DNS resolving of host names has nothing to do with Qlikview.
