Add a tool-tip to a text box

I want to add a tool-tip to a text box.But i am not getting the option for the same.

Please help me out.

did you try Help Text field in Caption tab of properties? having the caption bar turned on/off impacts the ? mark visibility, but the tooltip should still be visible when you hover over it.
