Adhoc Report Issue (QlikView)

Hi

My requirement is to display the chart with (at least 1 dimension and 1 MeasureSum) or (at least 1 dimension and 1 MeasureAvg)

or

at least 1 dimension or 1 MeasureSum or 1 MeasureAvg.

I'm currently having below issue

If i select 1 dimension and 1 measuresum, the chart displays but with also ALL MEASUREAVG which i do not want.

I want to display MeasureAvg only after i select a particular value from MeasuresAvg

Can someone help me in getting the right logic?
