Adhoc Report with multiple dimension

Hi Team,

I have multiple dimensions in Qliksense. so in ad-hoc need to pick the word starting with Mks and that will be a combination with the Resolution. and combination with Mks Response so how can we write a wild match for this scenario?

kindly give some suggestions on this issue.
