Aggr data within custom ranges by Quarter

Hi, I have custom ranges created off of a margin % column. For example 0-15 % , 15-30% ,30-45, 45-60 and more than 60%.

I am trying to aggregate $ amt in each range by quarter .

How would one approach this in the front end.
