Allow user to provide feedback about issues

Does anyone have recommendations about the best way to allow the dashboard user to submit a question or helpdesk issue directly from the dashboard?

I know that I could create a button that accesses a URL that possibly could be our helpdesk software (JIRA).

Try to use for instance the function inputfield within listbox.
