Alternate state only to a chart

Hi guys,

I have a problem that I have been spinning but I still can not solve, it turns out that I have 3 graphics to one must affect the dimensions of the same graph and the other 2 graphics should only affect the list boxes.

I have tried alternate states but I still can not find the answer.

Please could you help me to solve this problem?
