Antivirus Fsecure

Using Fsecure antivirus.

for authorizing qklikView  (QlikViewDesktop_x64V1250SR4 ) to reload datas, i needed to exclude from scanning Fsecure the folders c:\users\ 

it's dangerous for the computer.

is it a normal situation ?

( i'm french, my english is very poor )

For QlikView Desktop the folders you would typically exclude are C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\QlikTech\QlikView and C:\Windows\TEMP\QVConnect\ as this is where the QV Desktop Settings.ini file and the QvConnnect.exe file are located.  Refer to Qlik Support articles QlikView Folder And Files To Exclude From Anti-Virus Scanning and QvConnect64.exe and QvConnect32.exe are not digitally signed for further details.
