Application to capture key metrics from multiple reports

Please suggest me how to capture key metrics from multiple existing reports . Currently we are doing it in excel which takes more time.

We planned to make it as automated.Let me know if there is any approach.

Let each report export the metrics or their basic aggregated data to a qvd.

Then read all relevant QVDs in your new report.
