Apply Security in a filter

Hi everyone!

actualy i have a filter that include many names.

Ex: John

Michael

The autentication is from network, so when John connecting in network he is able to see the report because in Publisher i puted his user.

I need that when John is seeing the report the filter is show only his name, hide the Michael.

How can i do that?
