Archiving a QVD file in a script

I am trying to archive a qvd in my script.  The qvd in question is D:\QlikView Storage\Source Data\QVD\Claims03-31-2012.qvd.  I want to move it to

D:\QlikView Storage\Source Data\QVD\Archive.  In June, I need to move the Claims qvd that is 3 months older than the current month.
