Authentication CUSTOM and LDAP

Hello,

Until QV 9 version we can use two authentication forms: LDAP (trhough page index.htm) and CUSTOM (trhough page login.htm).

But now, at QV 10 there's only one form to authenticate? Or one, or another? Is it correct?

We need maintain two forms to authencticate. How to do it?
