Automatic aliasing

Hi Guys, Is there possibility of automate the aliasing in Qlikview?

for eg: Depending upon the data it automatically takes Emp_Id for one data and Employee_Id for other data.

You mean you don't want to add Emp_Id as Employee_Id and QlikView should automatically make the association? I doubt this is possible.
