Automatic other selection

I have 2 listboxes :

first is called:                reports    with the values : report1 and report2 and Report 3

second is called            Year       with the values : 2007 , 2008 , 2009 and 2010

What i want is when i select report 3 automatically year 2007 in the other listbox is selcted. Is this possible ?
