How can I set remote background image for sheet?

Yes, it looks not good. But if I need use macro anyway then I download image first...

Thanks a lot! It works as I need to.

One more question: what works first, script or macro? I ask because my url adress can change dynamically, I sometimes I need to update the image. The url takes from the script data.
