Go to Expression tab, click on the 'Numbers on Data Point'.

You also need to go to Presentations tab, middle right hand side and select "Plot Numbers Inside Segments"

And what is the need to use the dual function in expression ?

A chart will natively display the text value of a bar or point, which by default it the formatted number. However by using the dual you can put in any text value you want, while still using the number for bar or point positioning.
