Bottom Bar on 8.5

Quick question to you guys,

On the bottom bar - there is time - then D : 1/2 and F : 42339971/352951963

I just wonder what does it mean ?

There is 2 charts in the sheet - and large amount of data behind it -

And the chart is using 4 cyclics and 1 static and the result because of pivot table chart - only return 10166 rows. That's why I little bit confused what the F : means - our Qlikview supplier said it number of rows returned.

But definitely it is not and also the reason I question this is when 1 add more cyclic - it give me out of object memory.

Your helps will be greatly appreacited.

Thanks,

Senjaya

The D vaule is Distinct values in the item selected. lets say you have a list box that displayes the years. You have 6 years in it. With nothing selected your D would be 6/6. If you make one selection the value would show 1/6, if you select 2 values it would show 2/6, ans so on.

The F values is the number of row that have the value selected out of all the rows available.

Hi BBT,

Somehow I got an "Out of Object Memory" issue on the pivot table chart I used.

3 years of data which will only be around 10,000 rows returns in Pivot table. The fact table has 352 Millions records

and 42 Millions were aggregated before showed in pivot table. I used 4 cyclic as dimension and only 1 calculation (sum)

F: 42,339,971/352,951,963
