Budget problem

Hi dear Community I have a problem with my data model, the budeg table are not at the same level that fact table.

The model contain this table

DatosPyG --> This is the fact table with fields cuenta, value,date

PUC-> This is a Dimention Table with fields cuenta,namePuc,budget

Budget -> This is de fact table for Budget with fields  budget,valueBudget, dateBudget

The PUC table group many cuenta rows in each group

I need compare  the values of Sum per namePuc vs Budget.
