Bug in Gauge chart

I think it is possible in a Gauge chart to show the text below the gauge chart.

I enclosed an example. I want  the text 0,325 below

Select your chart->Ctrl+Shift, you will get highlighted box to drag it down to your desired position.

Press Shft+Ctrl and you get the possibility to move the text to wherever you want it
