Is it possible to build an exe to deploy a QlikView-configuration including a certain directory structure, a qvw, some csv-files to handle for instance translation?
.exe files containing a QlikView application and acting as a QlikView viewer cannot be created unless you are a Qliktech employee.
CSV files can't be zipped into a QV application, they can just be used as a source.
You can build a QVapp and zip that together with the csv file if you want to transfer it to someone else. The recipient will need a QVdesktop license though.
Perhaps can you describe what the actual (business) goal is you are trying to accomplish?

Maybe you can use a software installer kit to have the installation wizard and to write the options to a config file which you can process within the QlikView app.
