CISCO Switch ICM / IPCC data connection

Does anyone have any experience of or idea of how we could connect to Cisco Switch database for such as Call Centres - I believe the underlying data is either called ICM or IPCC?

Depending from the version it should be a Sybase or  MS SQL Server database where you can connect via ODBC/OLEDB.
