Hi @zenandemina,

You're attempting to configure PGO as XML in the QlikView Server (QVS) Settings.ini file?  Did you follow steps in article Reading PGO contents and CAL assignments / PGO to XML?  Be sure that the entry PgoAsXmlAlso=1 is under the [Settings 7] section and not under the [Authentication] section.
