Can't get YTD working

I was wondering if someone could have a look at my attached QVW file and assist with my YTD calculation?

I have tried multiple ways to get this to work, but nothing seems to be able to calculate my YTD figure based on the month I have selected using the Month/qtr selector at the top left.

Any help would be forever appreciated.
