Can we plot Scatter Graph without aggreated expressions?

Untitled.jpgI have a data as mentioned above, now with Fixed TAT as X axis, and Ease Status as Y- Axis can I plot a scatter graph on Rank?

PS: Rank is just a field name(Name of product) and not a unique sorted field..
