Caption blue title become black in webview mode

Colored text caption's elements is shown black when I switch in webview mode. Why?

I think it's a document or user properties.

Is there any resolution to the colors issue in webview. We are running QV11.2 SR 6 and if we change the color to anything other than white for caption text then the special icons disappear in webview?
