Chart expressions are duplicating values

I have a chart on an application that is duplicating values in the expressions. 

In the load section of the script I added a count digit to the table.  Then I used the expression Sum(CountDigit) in a pivot table. 

I applied filtering to select a single record, but the expression returned a value of 2 and all of the other sum expressions are doubled the actual value. 

To make sure I was only selecting a single digit I created a table box and added all the table fields as dimensions.  There is only a single row in the table.

Any ideas on what is going on?
