Chinese and Japanse characters

Hello,

I have a problem with Chinese and Japanses characters.

In my CSV files it's works good when I open with Excel with UTF-8.

But in Qlikview after the load of CSV file with the norm UTF-8, I can't see in my filters the caracters. I see little cubes.

Can you help me please?
