Cluster error when trying to apply server settings

Has anyone ever gotten the error "A cluster node has been added, please enter the control number" when trying to apply changes to the server settings?  I only have a single stand-alone server, so I don't understand where this is coming from.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Pkrolicki, We do know that cluster licenses are "different"; Now this is an "old" production server that has been running for almost 3 years, always with the up-to-date QVserver version, and all of the suddenly it begun to show this message.  The solution was a "full uninstall" and then a fresh new install.
