Clustering Publisher & Server

Hello Community,

i have a problem:

I clustered Publisher and Server. Now the Tasks in the Management Console are failed.

If i start a task manually it starts after 4, 5 times clicking the "start"-button.

Then the task runs successfully but in the accesspoint the application has an old version. the new version won't be published.

has anyone an idea or the same problems like me?`

the version of qv is 11 r 2 11440.
