Colors in bar chart depending on condition

can't figure our what I am doing wrong since the condition does not seem to work.

Please look at my attached file.

Hi,

the first comment line in the background expression seems the good one . Try to uncomment this line.

you can also give a label to your 2 chart's expressions and use these labels in the if statement of the background expression

The first line is the correct one, but adding the "=" symbol at the beginning.
