Comparison in one chart

I have six multi boxes on my sheet

First three are of Column1 having values A and B

below three are having column2 with values 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

Lets say i selected A from Column1 in first multibox

B from Column1 in second multibox

A from column1 in third multibox

from column2

first is 1

second is 5

and third is 3

so we get combination as A/1 , B/5 and A/3

now my table should show like this below
