I don't think there's a "direct" way to pull your data from a numbers-file for two reasons:
1. You must have access to the file, so I would assume that you have to put it somewhere on a (windows accessible) fileserver or save it "somewhere in the cloud".
2. If you have access to the file, it must be in a "readable" format - don't know if the "numbers"-file-format is supported. So I would assume you export your numbers-file to a more common file-type like .CSV or .XLS or .ODS
