Coonection credential storing problem.

Hi , I am facing a very unusual behaviour of connection I have created a user dn to Sybase DB But every time i open my qvw.It ask me to supply userid and password when i click on select button. I tried searching the save option for dsn i couldn't get. Can anyone help me. Regards Raj

do you log in using the same user for which you created DSN when you do development in Qlikview?

Try making it as a system DSN.

please check whether connection string is stored or not in script tab.

From my experiences on this issue I know that QlikView stores the last successful connected credentials internally.

If you change the credentials in the script of the CONNECT statement with out successful re-connection once to the database during a new load and saving the document this will happen again.
