I have time data that I want to count all the data that is less than 20 seconds

This is how the data looks like in Excel in the field

0:00:38

but in the formula tab it look like this12:07:38 AM

How can I count

How did 0:00:38 become 12:07:38 (07 is what concerns me). Can you share your application?
