CrossTable, only getting distinct values

Hi,

I have a question regarding a CrossTable load :

Below is the query I have set up to collect the results...

But I only get the distinct answer values back when I try to present them!?

Surveys:

CrossTable(Question, Answer,3)

LOAD 

SchoolName,

Year,

classname,

[7915 Do you work ...?],

[7918 How many years ...?],

[7919 What is your first / native language?]

FROM

[..StaffSurveys.qvd]

(qvd);

fSurveys1:

LOAD

SchoolName,

Question,

Answer

Resident Surveys;

Drop table Surveys;

The result should look like this :
