Cursor loading

Hi I have Downloaded and Installed Internet Explorer Plugin but when i open the report in ie version 9 or ie version11 on the report area hand cursor changed again and again like loading see the below image.

When i open the Qlikview report in browser after loading report always showing loading cursor
