DLL problem during installation 11.2

Hi All,

I have a problem during the upgrade of the Qlikview server (Windows 2008 R2 Standard) with QV 11.2 SR9. (SR8 goes wrong too)

After closing the services during the installation i get the error:

"the dll being called encountered a problem."

After that, the installation is canceled.

Attached you can find the installationlog.

I hope someone can help me.
