DMS Access list population using java

Hi,

I have understood that programatically we can populate DMS access list for qvw files.

I have browsed through the community to knopw how to do it.I have found the solution through .net C#.
I wanted to know is this can be done usin java API?

Is it also an be done using any parameters to qv.exe?

Please let me know if any one has achieved it.
